I can't imagine why anyone would want something other than a
Weber kettle. But then, what do I know. I'm here in Southern
California, cooking on my deck, but enjoying it, just the
same. I do think that Weber puts the quality in, and it's
evident when you use it. I spent my childhood out near Abilene
and Salina (KS), and moved to Kansas City at age 17. Kewl...and
have things changed since 1964. Time to check that grill...Have
you seen the recipes from James Beard, and .... http://www.epicurious.com? Have a look....it's a site that you'll
want to bookmark...The home of BON APPETIT and GOURMET magazines!
