I'm going to be in a little "friendly" contest where chili is the
main dish. I would like to make mine different enough to make people
stand back and take notice. While I am into smoking, etc. I've never
been much of a chilihead. I'm not much
of a "Hot" fan, so a milder,
sweeter chili would suit my taste more. Anyone have any recipies or
ideas?
