I've been cooking bbq for a
looong time. This is the best sauce I've
found. Don't let it's simplicity fool you. It's good.
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tbs. worchestershire
1 Tbs. sugar
1 teas. celery seed
1 teas. salt
Tobasco
to taste (I use 1 teaspoon)
Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
