Ray

I purchased my first smoker from wal-mart it was a horizonal unit with
the firebox to the side, it worked fairly good, then i saw another
type at sam's club made by oklah ome joe's and if purchased it then sole
my 1st smoker, i really enjoy the new smoker, oklahome joe's calls it
vertical wood roasting oven which cost about 300.00 but because sam's
sells them they are made of 1/8" steel rather than there normal thickness of 1/4" steel, i like it because it has trays and you can
move them up and down depending on the heat hotter in some areas than
others,i would like to have a new smoker if i could find one about
twice the cooking capacity and a litt le heavier steel, i realize it
would cost more, if someone out there makes something of this type
i would like to know. I hope this helped so. Jerry C
