What a coincidence. I moved up here from KC to Minneapolis
in December. After a few months of few fruitless months of
looking for decent BBQ I bought a New Braunfels Black Diamond
Smoker. The day after I got it put together, I discover

s Website. Now my mouth is just watering to get that
smoker into action.
When I moved up here I did have some foresight. I have
eight KC briskets in the freezer just waiting for the wood.
Up here the only brisket I can find is corned. Of co
urse
up here what the call BBQ is just a sloppy joe....pretty sad.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to some hot smoky discussions
between roadtrips down to KC for the blues, brew, and BBQ.
