Smoky, I've heard folks say the shag bark variety has the best
flavo
r, but maybe the difference is more in their mind than in the
results. Kind of like a placebo for the lay smoker, or maybe they
had a little more to drink that day, and that caused the apparent
difference -- I don't know, I can't speak for them
.
