It's really dissapointing to blow a contest like I did that one!
I had a 175 i
n Pork, (180 is perfect), 174 in Chicken, and a 173 in
brisket. My 141 rib score was real disappointing, but I deserved it!
They sucked! I got some bad ribs from my meat sponsor and we've
solved that problem in the future plus the fact that C
hannel 4 did
a live remote interview that took up about an hour of real critical
time (9:30 to 10:30 am). I was playing movie star when I should have
been playing pitmaster! Live and learn I guess.
