: : : IT'S TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN WOOD CHARCOAL WITHOUT SMOKE???

: Buon giorno, Claudio,

: Charcoal, burned to grey, will exhibit no smoke. Fortunately, however,
: it will impart the essence of wood flavoring.

: If you don't like the sm oke flavor, my advice is to go to gas. You are
: the first person in my experience who seeks to eliminate smoke.

: Most folk are trying, against my advice and experience, to apply too
: much smoke.

I live in apparta ment house and my neighbours are not so happy if I burn charcoal,
but I like so much to do that.

That is why I want to know if it's technically possible obtain a wood charcoal without
smoke.
I'm curious to know if maybe in production phase (fr om wood to wood charcoal)
there is some product to add to reduce or eliminate smoke.

Thanks,
Claudio.
