Coach,

Not only am I going to the Barbeqlossal in Des Moines, I'm planning
on winnning it!

KCBS rules, judging, and cooker recognition are far superior to any
other sanctioning body in existence today. I really do believe that
the judging i s very consistant and believe that if a cooker cooks a
good tasting, tender, professionally presented, entry the correct
scores will be bestowed. I have found that at any given contest there
are probably ten teams in attendance who have a chan ce at winning it
because they know how to produce an entry in all categories capable
of blue ribbons. Consistancy and just a little luck hitting the right
tables is all you need!

See you in Des Moines, "Give it your best shot!"

p.s. Once again at Des Moines I plan on cooking my whole hog on a
Weber "Bullet" That's worth the price of admission just to see
this culinary phenomonon!
