I don't want to seem like a "know-it-all" but I have been barbecuing
since George Burns was a vaudeville freshman
and I sort of feel
compelled to sound off - too often I sometimes think. I remember when
the only way to learn about barbecue was to go talk to an old baster.
There aren't many of us left and there is an awful lot of awful
written matter mis
leading beginners.
Ray, my compliments to you on setting up the Forum and running it for
information rather than as a billboard for commercials.
