I have used only hickory wood chunks in my Charbroil H2O Smoker and
the meat has come out very bitter tasting. What am I doing wrong?
Should I have let the wood burn down to coals before I put the meat
on? If you should use wood that has burn
ed down to coals what do you
use to replenish the fuel?
