Can any of you recommend a good set of knives for
use for BBQ chopping/cutting? A friend of mine has Wistoff
Trident (spelling?) and she loves them - although she
is not a BBQ fanatic. The only thing I like are
the ones that stay sharp and
are high enough
so you don't rap your knuckles to death
when you are chopping. I have 2 knives now
a chinese meat cleaver and a long one (8"?)
for slicing plus the usual small misc. trash that
you pick up at the grocery store.
I would
appreciate any suggestions!
