Last year at Barbecue on the Bow in Calgary one of the "teams" was a guy from Oregon (I think) who competes all over. His name is Dakota Kid and he wins all kinds of good stuff with three old water smokers lashed together and surrounded by some kind of s
pace-blanket-style insulation. And that's all. Another guy (Sum Say) from Seattle was here with a mother of an Oklahoma Joe which he hauled up behind his van. He won too. So it's the smokin' that gets you the prizes, no? Not the looks of the equipment an
