Travel by Harley to Kansas City the first week in October. Come to Kemper Arena for the American Royal Barbeque. It is the world's largest cookoff, and you're sure to get some great Q while you're here. Heck, even the restaurants in KC have good Q. Come by the Boss Hawg (that's me) booth while you're here and we will feed you whatever we've got laying around on the smoker. I hear they're expecting close to 400 teams this year, and 35,000 spectators...it's the barbeque cookoff of the universe. Also check out the Jack Daniels cookoff in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It's smaller but only the best of the best are invited to compete at the Jack Daniels.
