Why do you feel a "change" is needed?
Did something change indicating the likes of The Denver Cajun BBQ Krewe or any other team may NOT display banners from our sponsors? Please expound!!!!
Why do you feel "additional" text is needed?
Is there a new rule set that excludes said action?
Or what is your motivation?
Otherwise, it appears to me your request for superfluous text be added for a problem that doesn't exist. Please explain.
