It seems like in the past few weeks folks are wanting the KCBS to dictate more and more rules on bbq contest. Just my opinion, but I think the KCBS should for the most part should allow a contest organizer put on the kind of contest that he wants. Just look how the government has helped us with all their intervention.
I think it the KCBS comes in and starts dictating to contest organizers every little detail there are going to be less contest and less KCBS sanctioned contest. If you don't like the rules a contest has then don't go.
