You have the right to go to every contest organizer and have your signage approved before the event. KCBS does not have the right to dictate to the organizer what kind of deal he cuts with the contest sponsors. If there is a noncompete as part of his deal with the his sponsor then there is a noncompete, chose another contest to go to.
