Just back from Sams. Wanted to see if all the beef was now CAB.
Sad to say it was not. The entire case was full of the new beef but it was not CAB like they told me it would be. All the new beef was marked Members Mark Angus, USDA Choice and all of it was from Excel. Something about grain fed and tenderness gauranteed. I assume that all the beef is now Angus where as before who knew what it was. Other than that I'm not sure that there is any real differance between what they were selling and what they are selling now. All I do know is it sadly aint the CAB program beef.
