Closest Sam's to me is an hour away, so haven't had a chance to check it out yet. Did discover, since all the CAB business started scuttling around the forum, that the local grocer sells 'Angus' beef, but is only 'Select'...not certified, but cryo is marked VERY close to what the certified looks like...pretty tricky. Long story short, not all Angus is created equal...if you want Certified Angus Beef make sure it is marked as such, not simply stamped 'Angus Beef'. Tough lesson learned...in more ways than one.
