Can't vote. Anybody from the KCBS listening?

I have sent several emails as instructed to the KCBS and VOTE@KCBS.US communicating that I did not get the email and my login information link does not recognize my email to enable me to vote. The first email was sent on 1/2/08 and another 1/7/08. DOES ANYONE FROM THE KCBS READ THE EMAILS THEY RECEIVE! Apparently not! Last week I was defending the KCBS. This makes me wonder.
