Hi Tim. I don't think they showed how (or if) they applied the sauce. I assumed they were just served with dipping sauce. When I did the "Shake Style" wings the other night I had three buckets that I would dump the wings in then I would apply one of three sauces I had made up in each bucket. Put the lid on, "shake" like crazy, and serve em' up! Man, they were good.
