That's pretty much it. I did have some garlic habanero sauce we dipped it in and it's pretty warm! I actually think you get too much sauce if you "dip". I'd rather put 2 oz sauce in a container with the wings and "shake" them up. I think it evens the sauce out and you don't get too much sauce at one time. But don't shake too hard. The meat might fall off the bones.
