I have friends and family that keep asking me when I am going to give them some BBQ sauce. I was just going to fill a bunch of mason jars and give them to them but is there anything other than just normal canning process I should do when jarring the sauce.
Might be cool to do some computer labels for the jars. Anyone had any luck with labeling or know of waterproof printer labels. Not looking to get into the BBQ business.
