Scottie just informed me that the Mattoon, Illinois contest has been cancelled for this May. I tried calling the organizer to find out what gives, but got voicemail instead.

Anyone hear anything?

P.S. Instead of that one, I'm gonna go cook in Wamac/Centralia Illinois...they're waiting sanctioning, will be a State Championship, and is pretty easy to get to. Who's gonna join me??
