I knew sitting at the same table as us at the Christmas party, it would be inevitable. :) Now if I can just get Jeff from Light My Fire BBQ to join the Dark Side. ;-) As far as any advise, I'm on a learning curve myself. Last year we just did ribs and chicken on it, but this year we doing it all. Still haven't found that magic touch on butts and brisket. Doing a cook tomorrow to try again. Congrats. You won't regret it.
