I just caught a lil' bit of Lidia Bastianich (one of my favorite chefs) on TV ... and she was doing a show with her sous chef from Kansas City ... about ribs ... and she showed a slab of spareribs with the belly/bacon still attached. Ribs with bacon on them ... what could be better?? LOL Have any you guys ever cooked ribs like this? Results??
