I was just thinking........Grills and smokers are designed carefully for the type of action you want from the heat to the meat...we get different styles of cooking which include,cold smoking, hot smoking, smoke-n-BBQ (Wolfseekers style! :o) ), BBQ, and grilling, ect., I'm interested in competing for the best tasting meat, but I think the competion should have any style of cooking it wants, so I want to compete with whatever type of cooker I'm allowed, however I am an off-set, indirect stick burner by heart, so instead of all comps have the same rules, LET'S MIX IT UP!!!!!! Just my thought! Mike
