Sometime there was a side by side comparison of different pits. Take 6 different pits, pellet, stick, charcoal/lump, bisquit poopers, and electric and gas 'using wood' and put 6 butts, ribs, briskets or whatever and season them all 'exactly' the same, even just salt and pepper. Have a couple guys cook them all and present them to 6 'certified judges' and see what comes out best. Be curious to see the results. I'm betting if the cooking was done in an impartial manner things would be very close. Mind you I think 'no' way is the best and it's 'all' good as far as cookers go, but it would make for interesting conversation....not that there hasn't been plenty alseady ;-)
