i think its a great idea. no rules, just right. this contest was designed to be fun and different, bring on the hot air balloons, gas cookers, stick burners, pellets, electric smokers, and anything else they want to cook on. crockpots, microwaves, toilet smokers, and magic chef ovens are allowed. no rules. cook on anything you want, hold anyway you want. me, if i cook it again, it will be in the freezing cold on an offset. the raw meat will go directly on the smoker, then directly into the turn in box. then, i'll drink a bunch, and sleep well after, cause it sure doesn't happen during :).
