BOD Sanctioning of SW IL Spring Festival?

Anyone at the BOD meeting...do you remember hearing if they officially sanctioned the Southwestern Illinois Spring Festival (Wamac/Centralia, Illinois)? I know their app was turned in back in the beginning of December.
