Category points do not translate to overall points. The overall team of the year stands alone, as do the category finishes. Also, only your five best finishes are considered for the team of the year rankings. For example, Cool Smoke participated in approximately 26 contests this year. Only his best five finishes in any of the categories and/or overall will count, and his best five pork finishes may not have been his best five overall finishes. Each stands alone. It just so happens that Cool Smoke won five triple point contests for a total overall score of 75. A perfect score. Cool Smoke was the only team to achieve that in 2007.
