The Backwoods should be insulated well enough, you should not need a high heat paint. That would give you a much wider color chart to work off of and maybe even some textures. Around the door opening could be a problem so high heat could be a better option there.

If you spray paint it yourself, not cans, just make sure to add a good measure of hardener to the paint, once again high heat not critical, ask Lion about the Q about that.

Another option, have it powder coated, a Backwoods is not so big that you should have a problem finding someone in your area to do that. biggest expense would probably be prepping it.

One other thing I have thought about is giving my Spicewine a truck bed liner coating like Rhino again textured and some color options although it may be cost prohibitive.

I Think it was Brewmaster that just had his Backwoods covered with stainless steel diamond plate.
