I cater and recently moved from the Detroit area to the Manchester area. In my short time down here I am already able to get you referrals if needed with one being from one of your state reps. I have already fed him and will be doing a party of 150 for him soon. I have also done foods for folks in Manchester and Murfreesboro and soon some in Tullahoma. I am about 3 hours east of your location.

I do bring my smoker to your event and cook all items on site except for butts and brisket due to the time they take to cook. All sides are made fresh and are not premade items.
