I read somewhere, I think on the Ring, where someone did LineX their smoker and they claimed it was a mistake and wouldn't advise anyone to do that. Something about it being hard to clean up due to the rough surface.

I've touched mine up with normal spray paint, I've found that light coats look better. It's easy to recognize a heavy coat of spray paint.

Agree powercoating is a great option, another option is reskinning it. I've heard that's not all that expensive.
