Might do 1 contest this year, if at all. We were a GC 2 years ago, made it on the TOY list for ribs this year (only cooked 4 contests, but just don't have time, nor desire to spend $500 - $700 a contest.
We are busy catering, and honestly, I think my creativity suffers when I cook every weekend (which is what happens when we do contests and cater), so, no contests except for 1 that I'm on the board for as an organizer.
