What do you think about supply the teams with 2 different boxes for each entry, one for judging and one for the grazing table. You would add 1 extra person to take the grazing boxes. I know when I cook there always choices of which meat to turn-in and the second choices could go to the gazing table. If the judges (and I know its not the majority) who like to take food home knew there was more, maybe they would be able to concentrate on thier judging a little more.
