Another thing Rick. The 300 is a rotis. Whereas the 100-s are fixed shelves.

With that being said. I love my FE's and would never get rid of them. But I would certainly cook on a FEC-300 and a FEC-100 anyday. Throw in a Eddy's new pellet grills and I would be all set.
