rick, may i disagree on the three different temps , means three smokers
i am working on a vertical/insulated with 3 seperate compartments for three different temps and only one fire to control, everything is fully insulated and has controls for each compartment, not to mention absolutly nothing electrical for those mishaps with electronics, it is near completion and i will post some pics when done, i plan on cooking on it at the humble rodeo the 8,9th of feb
