I for one think it's awfull that you can have no skill at cooking and take home those GC checks! Next thing you'll want is an automated seasoning, marinating, injecting machine. Then you'll want the cooker to wrap it and cut it for you to. Oh and you'll want us to find you the best cuts of meat and age your brisket! I'm working on these features on the next generation of BBQ pit. Until then you'll just have to suffer it out. (LOL)
