Do you need skill to cook BBQ? It all depends on what type of BBQ you like to eat. How many people cook the same BBQ at home as they do at a contest? I know many people that I have talked into getting a FEC or the Cookshack, and they turn great stuff out at home for their families or frinds. I think the ad was pretty darn close. There smokers are pretty much a set it and forget it for the most part. If I didn't believe in the product or the company. I would not be using it or promoting them. I wish I could find the perfect cooker that will do all my needs that I want. But for now it does the job.
