I have 3 100's. Lots of flexibility but a little more fuel for a big cook. I have been using 2 in competition and love being able to use different temps for ribs and chicken. Then I started using the same temp but still use 2 so I don't open the door so often.

For parties you can get the rib racks and do 48 slabs in one, 16 butts in another and sides in a 3rd. And no chance of misloading the Roti and dumping pans to the bottom.

And I'd love to put a 500 in the garage but that won't happen until after I retire and get lots of cooking jobs.
