You are so right, you ...the "One That Knows Barbecue". Thank God you have arrived to guide us poor miscreants unto the path of barbecue rightiousness. FINALLY !!!!! Out of all the world champions, grand champions, sauce, rub, baste, marinade, cooker and pellet manufacturers, as well as all the other competition, commercial and backyard cookers that have graced this forum since 1996..... finally we have someone That Knows Barbecue.
I have one request though. Could you give us your name please? It might help your credibility some. I understand artists such as yourself and The Artist Formerly Known as Prince must keep some degree of anomimity, but for those of us needing a new barbecue messiah it would help to know your name.
But until then:
Yes, beer is related to barbecue, not only as a complimentary beverage but also as a baste. I for one am glad to know there is a beer baste for $130 I can use.
