A coworker's hobby is all about beer and what it takes to make it.
I sent him the link as I found Jackitup's post interesting.
He stopped by to further educate me about other versions of Sam Adams. Check the site for more info;(it's free). I'm told $160+ is more like it with your name on a waiting list. WOW ++!
Also a beer maker in Alaska uses wood to smoke ingredients for his beer. Alaska Smoked Porter. The guy also BBQ's Salmon. Whoda thunk it.
