Reguardless of what size you get, IMHO David makes the best stick burnner built. Other people will push different types of cookers that are pellet fed or cookers that don't require as much personal time tending the fire. But again IMHO, being able to regulate a certain temp as well as maintaining that temp is part of a person being a pitmaster, and not just someone who puts something in an oven.
