Yeah podnah ... Rock Chalk ~ the boys are back in the saddle! Gunny, I get my sausage casing from this lil' mom'n'pop operation called The Sausage Source. They are extremely customer-oriented ... and they have the small *home pack* casing ... for small batch sausage makers like me ... these packs will do about 20-25# of sausage. The site Boomer referenced also has that small home pack ... so take yer pick!
