If you haven't already done so, you may want to check the turkey breasts that you're getting. Many come from the processor already "flavor enhanced" as they call it, which means they may have been "brined" by the processor. If so, you don't want/need to brine them a second time. Either way, I don't brine my turkey breasts. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
