i have the standard racks you find at BBQ galore and the ilk.... but unlike the ones in the link below, mine are enamel coated
the biggest problem i have with ribs and the WSM is that a full rack won't fit side to side, so you have to cut them. i also find that spare ribs wind up laying/covering each other in the racks due to their size, so if you're going for appearance, rather than just food, you need to space them out, rather than use every slot
one of these days i'm going to experiment with hanging them vertically in the WSSM configuration, using hooks, and put a pan in the bottom to catch them when they're done...... %-)
