I read that you can roll baby backs so the ends come together and fasten them together with toothpicks. You might get two or three slaps on that way. A V-rack turned upside down works fairly well. I have a Weber rib rack and it's ok. I bend the slab so it snakes around and comes back through the rack, rather than cut it.
