I'm not being disrespectful but you mean like the Well's or the other two cases where husband and wives have been on the Board together.
Board members that feel you don't need to know and should be ushered out of the room are your problem. Passing gag orders are a problem, not understanding hiring a firm we are talking to about a contract maybe a problem, that's your problem. A treasure that won't give Board members finacial information because you will have time to study it, that's your problem.
