The RMBBQA does it a little different than KCBS...
The Secretary produces the minutes, emails them to the rest of the BOD for corrections or approval, BOD emails Secretary to make corrections or approve, Secretary forwards minutes to the Webmaster, and the minutes are posted on the website...five days after the meeting.
The minutes are formally approved at the next BOD meeting. Members are clued in to what happened about as quick as possible. No BS and no six week delays in informing members what's going on.
